The fundament of Veil of Secrets is to make music from the heart – and the belief that honest music is the only way to really captivate and move the listener. It is pure doom metal, still with a niche of its own.

Crime Records:
– While the CD is ready to be shipped on the release date, we will have to wait about a month for the LP due to extended delivery times at the pressing plant. We understand this is unfortunate for those who want to buy both CD and LP at the same time. Still, since the only option to sync these releases was to delay until next year (only big artists release albums in December!), we decided to go on with the original release date and add the signed photo and poster as a bonus. If you buy the CD/LP bundle, you have the options to get the CD shipped first and LP later, or wait and get the whole order shipped as one to save the extra postage cost. You will get the digital release on November 30th.

Vitam Aeternam - The Self-Aware Frequency hits the streets today!
It is available on all major streaming services. In addition, you can buy limited physical editions here and digital downloads here.
Overall I would definitely recommend this album to anyone. It’s something so different and encapturing, like watching a movie in the form of music. When it ended I just wanted more, I didn’t want to leave the world I had been surrounded with. I believe this is an album I could go back and listen to time and time again, and each time find something new and exciting within, whether that be discovering a new piece of the story or the intricate music. I have completely fallen in love with this project.
- The Independent Voice Ezine (5/5)
`The Self Aware Frequency’ is a must-have for Devil Doll fans and I also challenge fans of experimental, progressive, and theatrical rock and metal to dive into this.

The promise of Eternal Life has been the crucial subject in which numerous religions and spiritual beliefs have based their foundations on. For the idea of non-existence is as troubling and inconceivable for humans as infinite itself, on the other hand, the thought of interminably experiencing more from a reality we are so accustomed to brings comfort to more than one soul. Innocence is bliss, and being forever shields us from turning our eyes to the dreadful horror of the unknown, the black pit of nothingness, the void. But it's within its contemplation that lies the secret knowledge.
"The Self-Aware Frequency", explores the mind of a cognizant being trapped within the cosmically interwoven pattern that embeds reality. The character's universe is the music itself, through which it navigates, as a sum of temporal frequencies who slowly gain consciousness, evolving across the songs, until the ultimate realization of its own undeniable truth.
The album combines elements of electronic, industrial, classical, film score, heavy metal, progressive rock, and even pop to create something unique, challenging, and engaging. Fans of forward-thinking artists such as Devil Doll, Mike Patton, Leprous, Ulver, Manes, Pain of Salvation, Sleepytime Gorilla Museum, Devin Townsend, Vulture Industries, and Arcturus should rejoice in the musical world illuminated throughout the album.
International guest appearances are performed by Bor Zuljan (Devil Doll), Øyvind "Mustis" Mustaparta (ex-Dimmu Borgir), Juan Manuel Flores (Cuarteto Cromano), Goran Setitus (Omnia Moritur, ex-Setherial), Alasdair Dunn (Ashenspire), Przemyslaw Kajnat (Eternal Deformity, Allone), and Lotti Wood (Woodwindz).

Vitam Aeternam is an experimental musical project formed by entities known as Jake Rosenberg (Desperate Machines, In Progress), Râhoola (A Flying Fish, ex-Inferzenal), and André Aaslie (Funeral, Profane Burial, Images At Twilight, Abyssic, Gromth, Woodwindz, and Omnia Moritur). It's through chance and shared musical values that such entities were able to create an original album full of complex, emotional, dramatic, haunting, melodic, intense, and cinematic music. An honest work from the subconscious depths, and a prodigious offspring of our interconnected digital zeitgeist.

Crime Records have joined forces with We Låve Rock Music to release the new project Song of the Wildlands by Clive Nolan!
We are excited to be a part of this project and are looking forward to giving you more information about the release in the coming months.
The libretto is based on the Old English epic poem “Beowulf” and tells the tale of the heroic warrior, who conquers the giant Grendel and slays the dragon.
The album will feature four soloists, an orchestra, and a choir of 200 voices singing in Anglo-Saxon.
"I am happy to announce that I have signed a deal with ‘Crime Records’ and ‘WLRM’ for the recording and release of Song of the Wildlands. The deal was actually done before the pandemic struck, but now we have ironed out some additional details I thought this was a good time to announce it."
