Art of Deception was founded in 2012 and have since then released an EP, been playing shows around Norway and parts of eastern Europe and even won a music award. Their style is modern with an old-school approach to writing heavy, melodic riffs. With this combination, you get an undefined sound, and the band keeps it interesting through progressive songwriting.
For fans of the ’90s, Gothenburg metal scene emerges the album Shattered Delusions by the band Art of Deception. With their old school/modern blend and analog gear as support, this album will walk you through a specter of badass, wonderful riffs and distorted sounds.

Bridgeville is a rock band from the city of Skien, Norway. The band was formed in the fall of 2013 by Martin Steene of the Danish Metal band Iron Fire, and the Norwegian Hard Rock band Absinth. All of the guys share the same passion for classic rock music, and bands like Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, and Def Leppard are influences that are worth mentioning. The vision of the band is to create good old fashioned Rock 'N Roll music stirred up with a modern flavor.
Their first single and video Absinthia was released in 2014 followed by some local live shows, and in 2015 Bridgeville signed a record contract with Crime Records for the release of debut album Aftershock.
11 tracks of melodic Hard Rock mixed by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat) and Tommy Hansen (Helloween) set to be released on March 18th, 2016.
Bridgeville wanted their first album to be perfect and after 2 years of recording and planning, they are now ready to show that this might be the next big Rock act out of Norway.

With a raw, true and honest sound, Arkentype is a breath of fresh air in a rather stagnant scene of modernized metal. With great passion expressed through heavy and technical rhythmic patterns, blended with beautiful melodic and symphonic passages, Arkentype will leave you battered on the floor wondering what knocked your teeth out.
Genre-wise their music is best described as Progressive Metal, but the band themselves does not see this as a limit and goes way outside the genre. Mixing the “new” progressive metal sound with their personal influences and experiences is what makes Arkentype a truly unique band.
Based at the music conservatory by the University in Agder (Norway), Arkentype produced, recorded and made the album Disorientated by themselves. Then sending it to Daniel Bergstrand and George Nerantzis (Meshuggah, In Flames ++) at Dug Out Productions in Sweden for mixing and mastering.

This debut album from Killing Gandhi began to take shape in the spring of 2013. Cinematic Parallels is their version of the scandi metal sound, with inspiration from bands like In Flames, Arch Enemy, Dimmu Borgir, Soilwork among others on the Heavy Metal scene, and Medina, Robyn and Daft Punk on the more commercial scene. This gives Killing Gandhi’s sound a good mixture of short, effective and catchy songs.
The concept of Cinematic Parallels is a top 11 of Martin Arendal’s all-time favorite movies. The 11 movie titles then got renamed based on Martin’s interpretation of the film, and that title based the headline of each song, and lyrics were written with that title in mind. Therefore the title Cinematic Parallels.
The album is mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen (Volbeat, Amaranthe, Pretty Maids, TÝR, Evergrey a.o).

The new album from Groundless (Norway) is a mixture between Avenged Sevenfold, Black Veil Brides and Linkin Park!?! Is that possible? Well, probably not!
But Groundless hits the notes of the latter bands without being copycats. In fact even though Groundless sounds perfectly familiar, their music is both original and well-defined at the same time. If you're into well-produced songs with a great melodic touch Groundless is a band you can't miss out on. Catchy, melodic, groovy and original.
You might not be on safe ground - but this time you need none - only Groundless…

Technical Death Metal with an eerie Lovecraftian horror/sci-fi vibe. The debut album by Innsmouth features brutal & technical metal mixed with plenty of influence from the 80´s shred metal scene. Made by musicians who have not been willing to compromise their musical values and who value virtuosity. The Shadow over Innsmouth is full of demonic vocals, bone-crushing riffs, menacing bass and heavy amounts of extreme shredding. For fans of Nile, Cacophony, Obscura, Necrophagist etc.

Dimenzion Psychosphere's new album Collapse prolongs the despair from their previous album DNA Phantom Effect.
With their unique sound of dark pounding monotony, they'll pull you away from the invincible chains we all carry, in democracies where freedom is an empty concept for the non-thinking. So uprise, embrace the new era of metal, and realize you are already a part of the Psychosphere. Collapse is cold apocalyptic metal from the north.
